Workshop: Process, People, Politics, Projects & Places

Embracing human-centered design and enabling sustainable innovation is a constant challenge for all organizations. There usually are many different stakeholders and lots of contextual influences. Let’s take a closer look at recurring patterns and proven solutions.

About the Workshop

In this workshop we are going to explore different nuances necessary for facilitating change towards human-centered design and innovation within your own or your client’s organization. We will cover both practical hands-on guerrilla tactics you can put to work immediately and also more structural topics that call for a long-term change.

Process, People, Politics, Projects & Places

As a starting point we will use the 5 Ps (Process, People, Politics, Projects & Places) for which illustrated examples will be provided. We are going to enrich those examples with your own experiences and add as many additional variables (they don’t have to begin with a P) as we can find. At the end of the workshop we will have co-created a toolbox/guidebook for facilitating change within organizations.

You will enjoy this session, if you are interested in designing and changing systems, organizations, services or interactions. No matter, if you have to prepare your next client pitch or set up a new project with your colleagues, you will get something out of this workshop.

We get to shape the future.
