Thank you all for participating in our most recent session on Monday 12.
This time it was a facilitated workshop on how to engage users in product and service development. We split up in three groups in order to take three different perspectives on the matter – from a consulting agency, a service provider and a large product manufacturer. Interesting to hear how everybody is struggeling in his very special work context in order to open up the design process for some user input. Let’s see if I make it to upload some of the resulting slides the next days…
A special thank you note goes to Martin and Lukas who provided beer and snacks and most important the workspace in their IDEO office. We all enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.
