What is the talk about?
Lisa is going to talk about the transformational power of new work environments that are helping people to find back their true creative self and experience their workplace as a strong enabler for human problem-solving. She will share Steelcase’s research and insights about creating workplaces that have a strong organizational and cultural intention. As companies and people are in need of different experiences to tap into their creative skills and capabilities, they are becoming more aware of the impact of their environment and the place they are going to every day. As a participant, you will have the possibility to discover the new Learning and Innovation Center and learn how Steelcase is applying their insights to themselves.
About the speaker
As a regional VP at Steelcase, together with her team, Lisa is collaborating with leading organizations to help them envision new work environments that are enabling people to adopt new work methods and find again their creative selves. As a design-led organization, Steelcase is investing in broad research topics to better understand the shifts and influences of how people are working today and in the future. While leveraging the research and insights, at the core of our work is the co-creation of solutions with the intention to design workspaces that allow people to give their best every day.
Lisa has an international background working in global companies to shape people’s behavior, leading change and enhance leadership capabilities. She started her career with Steelcase six years ago where she held various positions in the learning function; prior to her current role, Lisa was leading the Learning group in EMEA. Her thorough knowledge of the learning function helps her to identify key insights for desired behavioral change while translating them into key requirements for the work environment.
